BURR TEA

Αγριάδα

Agriada (Cynodeon Finger)

My mother told me a story of when my grandfather had a kidney stone. My grandfather's doctor told him he had a kidney stone too large to pass and would require surgery. The idea of having the operation didn't appeal to him at all. My great grandmother gave Αγριάδα (Burr Tea) daily for a couple of weeks and remarkably he passed it. He was so relieved he saved the stone and took it with him to church that Sunday. He proudly showed it to the astonished doctor. If only she knew how powerful this herb was, with its natural antibiotic, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.
